Torus is an exciting partnership between Bilfinger UK and nexos.

Torus is a joint venture, high energy partnership combining the collective fire power of nexos and Bilfinger UK, pulling on proven expertise from the core operations we each have in the UKCS and from elsewhere in the world.

Torus has the ability and scalability to deliver a number of services, ranging from pre-FEED capabilities, operations & maintenance through to commissioning. This joint venture doesn’t require any third-party subcontractor to deliver these range of services, resulting in less interfaces and improved communication across the breadth of delivery.

All fabrication services can be provided through the life cycle of the asset, ranging from small repair order services into larger scale modular builds. Utilisation of both Bilfinger UK and nexos' key strengths and leveraging their entire business means that a best-in-class service is always delivered with no intervention external to Torus.

Transformation is key to unlocking opportunities for the North Sea now and in the future. Torus presents a bold, but highly deliverable solution to the challenges facing life of field services against a rapidly-changing backdrop, not least of which is the need to accelerate decarbonisation and deliver quantifiable efficiencies while not ever compromising on safety.
