Sandy's diverse experiences within Bilfinger UK have equipped him with a versatile skill set that provides a distinctive perspective on the company's operations. He studied surveying and construction management at Robert Gordon University and joined the company in 1995 as a trainee project engineer, further advancing through various positions including Operations Manager, Operations Director and Managing Director. In his role as Managing Director, Sandy was responsible for the delivery of business improvement programs, the implementation of strategic growth and service expansion plans, including the introduction and development of MMO and Clean Energy business opportunities.
